Self-Managed
Our organisation develops young road cycling talents to bring them through to the professional ranks. We have a partnership with Benediction Cycling Club from Rwanda. Together we will from 2022 onwards run the UCI Continental Team Benediction Ignite. We want to increase diversity within cycling and we envision a future where all talents are given the same opportunity to pursue their dreams. The team will compete in big races that will have TV coverage. If we just count the bigger races we will have 12-16 racedays covered by Eurosport and 15 racedays broadcasted on CANAL+. Most races will also have coverage from local news media. We aim to race in Europe, Asia and Africa and our estimation is that we will be seen by around 3,5 million people each season. When you sponsor us you are part of a platform expanding diversity within cycling that wants to have a real impact in the sport. Join us and we can through innovation and experience create an adventure that will impact young people and their communities.

Genisys Credit Union, headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, has done something most brands never do with athlete sponsorship: it kept renewing. What started as a single partnership with Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta has become a multi-year, two-athlete program that Genisys has renewed and expanded every season since 2024, adding Lions wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa in 2025 and renewing him again in 2026.
