I’ve been in the sporting world for 20 years competing and coaching. Now I coach athletes and the general public to be able to be the best version of themselves using psychological tools and exercise and physical knowledge to take people to the next level of their journey. What makes me stand out to others is I challenge the norm by articulating questions in a way that gets the best response out of everyone. My keen passion for psychology and understanding why people want more and to be their best really drives people to see my authenticity and that I’ll only work with brands who align with me and that I truly believe in.
