Ā Iām a Team USA Paralympic athlete, and I absolutely love what I do. I've been on the National Team since 2015, and have a gold medal from the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games. I was training for the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games, but have made the hard decision to retire. I retired to focus in on my health as I have battled chronic illness/pain for years, and now after 7 years of using assistive devices to walk, I can now walk and run freely. Since then, I have completed two half-marathons. Since my athletic retirement, Iām a youth wheelchair basketball coach for a local team in Charlotte, NC. I am also Team USAās Womenās Wheelchair Basketball 3x3 Head Coach for the 2025 FISU World University Games. I engage quite often in public speaking events, I'm an advocate for adapted sports, the LGBT community, and ultimately my personal story. I believe social networking is a great way to engage with others. I would love to help represent a company that strongly believes in their message, and that I believe more people need to be aware of.
