She ruptured her Achilles her sophomore season at UTK which ended up causing a spiral in her track career. She graduated and took her talents to grad school at TCU where she fell back in love with the sport and made it to Bigs 12's and regionals. Now, resides back in her hometown Denver, Colorado and is being trained by her father. She went back to her roots to get the training she had when she was a world class long jumper. She coaches HS track to help her fund her training and track dreams, she is an unsponsored athlete and willing to work with anybody to get her name out there, but also create new relationships with good people.
