Hi! My name is Asha Ruth and I am an elite Track and Field sprinter specializing in the 200m and 400m. I have represented Team USA, and continue to train toward representing Team USA on one of the biggest stages: Tokyo Olympics 2020NE! I am an American Record Holder in the Women's 4x200m relay, of which was set in January, 2018, breaking a 24 year old record of which I ran along side Kyra Jefferson, Deajah Stevens and Daina Harper.
