Β ADHD is my super power, allowing me to find unconventional connections between subjects which leads to creative and fun results. I am known for my playful vibe, smart solutions, good taste of visuals and high neuroplasticity. I am a neurodivergent software engineer. My profession requires being still at desk mostly, and my neurodivergence seeks dopamine. So I always felt good when I am on the move thanks to sports. After a period of major depression where I basically lived on my couch for months, I realized corporate life wasnβt for my ADHD brain. I quit my job and decided to become an Ironman. I turned to triathlon. This journey has ignited my dream of doing Ironmans and running marathons into my 70s. I completed Royal Windsor Triathlon, T100 London and Ironman 70.3 Turkey in 2024. Training +12hours a week with distinguished coaches since Dec 23, Iβm pushing my limits and hope to inspire others. My training involves swimming, cycling, running, strength training, as well as trial races.
