I am a well known fitness professional in the Lakeland, FL area. I started my fitness journey at 5-years-old as a competitive gymnast; I was invited to walk-on as a cheerleader at my university in undergrad. I am involved as a group fitness coach, nutrition coach, personal trainer, and adjunct professor of kinesiology. I am very involved in my community and have built a brand of my own with the support of loyal clients. I have been training as an athlete for years and continue to compete.
