 Alexis began her powerlifting journey in 2018. She has competed at local, national, and international competitions which earned her a top 5 finish at the 2018 U.S.National Powerlifting Championship and a 1st place finish at the 2019 U.S. Virgin Islands National Powerlifting Championship. She also earned a bid for the 2019 International Powerlifting Federation World Championship in Minsk, Belarus. When Alexis began powerlifting, she used it as an outlet outside of her job and schooling. Now it has become something that she is very passionate about. Away from the platform, Alexis also plays women's tackle football for the Tampa Bay Inferno, located in Tampa, Florida. She has dedicated her time to inspiring the youth she works with to dream big and motivating and representing women in sports.
