Hi! Thanks so much for getting out my profile. I joined this platform because I have dreams of competing in the Paris 2024 olympics in the sport of Weightlifting. The process for qualifying for the Olympics requires competing in set number of international meets each "mini" period through the entire quad to gain points. These events are often far and expensive so any amount of help would be fantastic so that I can compete in as many events as possible to earn the maximum amount of points. While I live in the US and was born here I am a dual citizen through both my parents who were born in Jamaica. I am so honored to be the very first woman to compete to Jamaica internationally and I hope to help grow the sport. Jamaica's weightlifting federation is very small however so all our trips are self-funded. Thanks again for stopping by and I'm happy to answer any questions you may have! thank you!

Genisys Credit Union, headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, has done something most brands never do with athlete sponsorship: it kept renewing. What started as a single partnership with Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta has become a multi-year, two-athlete program that Genisys has renewed and expanded every season since 2024, adding Lions wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa in 2025 and renewing him again in 2026.
