Motivate others to be their own champion. My name is Carleigh Fagre and I am a former CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting athlete turned Triathlete. In 2015, I discovered CrossFit. I am a certified CrossFit Level 2 trainer with specialized certifications in weightlifting, gymnastics and nutrition. In 2021, I qualified as an individual competitor for the largest international CrossFit competition – Wodapalooza in Miami, FL. In February 2023, after multiple injuries and surgeries I received career ending news and closed my chapter as a CrossFit athlete. I journeyed back to my endurance roots and discovered the sport of Triathlon. In four months, • Qualified For: A spot on 2024 Team USA in the Standard Triathlon • Qualified For: 2024 World Triathlon Championship Finals - Málaga • Placed: 17th in 2023 USA Triathlon National Championships F30-34 • Qualified For: 2023 USA Triathlon Nationals in Sprint & Olympic Triathlon • Placed: 2nd in 2023 Kinetic Olympic Triathlon F30-34 • Placed: 2nd Overall Female in 2023 Horse Capital Half Marathon My goal is to acquire my Professional License in Triathlon, as I have achieved significant accomplishments in a very short period. Additionally, I want to inspire others to believe in themselves that no matter what the obstacle, in gym or in life, that you can achieve whatever you put your mind to. I bring a different perspective as I am a relatable, everyday athlete who has faced a lot of adversity and refuses to give up. Professionally, I have a Business Degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech, and I am a successful sales leader in SaaS with 10+ years’ experience. I bring a very creative aspect to my job creating marketing materials and videos for our customers attributing to my success.
