Life has taken me on an incredible journey—from enlisting in the Royal Marines Commandos at just 17 to serving as a firefighter for two decades. Along the way, I became a fully qualified personal trainer with Total Tri Training and returned to the Marines to help shape the next generation. I’ve always thrived in situations where most people would feel uncomfortable. The resilience, discipline, and skills I’ve developed throughout my life have fueled my success in endurance sports. With multiple Ironman 70.3s, three full Ironman races, and GBR age group triathlons under my belt, I continue to push my limits and embrace every challenge that comes my way. The latest achievement, qualifying for the Hyrox World Champs in my age group in the mends doubles. Outside of my career, I’m a proud father in a busy family, who share my passion for sport—a bonus that makes every training session even more rewarding.
