 Life has taken me on one hell of a journey. I enlisted in the Royal Marines Commandos at 17, built a 20-year career as a firefighter and served briefly in the police. Alongside that, I launched and grew my own coaching business, helping athletes of all levels develop the discipline, resilience and structure needed to perform at their best. I became a fully qualified performance coach alongside Total Tri Training and even returned to the Marines to help prepare the next generation, bringing everything I’ve learned back into my coaching practice. I’ve always thrived in environments where most people feel uncomfortable. That resilience, discipline, and mental robustness have shaped everything I do, especially in endurance sport. I’ve completed multiple Ironman 70.3s, three full Ironman races, and represented Great Britain as an Age Group triathlete. Most recently, I qualified for the HYROX World Championships in the Men’s Doubles category, another milestone in a lifetime of pushing limits. Outside of coaching, I’m a proud dad in a busy, sport-loving family. I’m happiest when I’m moving, whether that’s swimming, cycling, running, playing rugby, or diving head-first into the next challenge (HYROX being the current obsession). At my core, I’m always pursuing progression. I live and breathe performance, constantly striving to elevate my own output so I can elevate every athlete I coach.
