I am an ex professional rugby player and a fitness business owner always been in love with cycling and triathlon. I always wanted to dive in it in more depth and when I have decided that rugby had enough of me I have started this new journey. I am currently in training for three big events. 255 Triathlon in Uk which is the longest triathlon in one day (5km swim, 200km bike, 50 km run), Ironaman 70.3 Weymouth and Ironman 70.3 Mallorca. I support a great charity in UK which help family that experience stillbirth. I have a family with 3 children.
