About Angela Kulikov — USC Trojans tennis athlete

Angela Kulikov is a pro tennis player with a highly sponsor-friendly mix of elite athletic credibility, polished on-court visuals, and personality-driven content. She pairs performance, fashion, food, and travel-friendly storytelling with a strong collegiate/Trojans connection, making her a natural fit for brands looking to reach active, style-conscious audiences.

Why you should sponsor me for your next influencer campaign?

Angela Kulikov is a 26-year-old professional tennis player and former All-American at the University of Southern California. Accepting a full-ride scholarship, she graduated from USC with a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science (2020) and a master’s degree in Applied Psychology (2021) where she also received the Willis O’Hunter Award given to the student-athlete with the highest GPA (4.0). During her 5 years (1 extra year due to COVID-19) at USC, Kulikov was captain of the women’s tennis team, ascended to playing #1 singles and #1 doubles for the team, and achieved career high rankings of #15 in the country in singles and #1 in doubles. She and her partner, Rianna Valdes also made it to the Final Four of the 2019 NCAA Championships and earned All-American status. Kulikov won her first professional doubles title on the ITF circuit while still in college with Valdes at the Thoreau Tennis Open in 2019. In her first year on tour post-graduation, she collected 7 additional professional titles including her maiden WTA Tour level title at her WTA Tour level debut at the Hamburg European Open in Hamburg, Germany. This rapid success led to Kulikov being awarded a wildcard into the 2022 U.S. Open where she advanced to the Round of 32 and recorded a career high ranking of #57 in the WTA world rankings. Since then, Kulikov has competed in all four Grand Slams (2023 Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon, & U.S. Open) and continues to compete in major WTA events all over the world. Outside of tennis, Kulikov also has a passion for football. When a series of injuries sidelined her from tennis from age 14-16, Kulikov spent her time coaching her younger brother, Chris to play the quarterback position. In college, she came up with the idea to begin posting homemade videos showcasing her football, tennis, and other athletic talents on Instagram through the account @TheQBChick. With early videos accumulating hits into the millions, she recognized an opportunity to create not only a brand, but a platform to inspire other women to pursue passions “outside the norm.” Her football story has been featured in the L.A. Times, CBS/KCAL9, and Spectrum News. While Kulikov’s primary focus remains in professional tennis, she hopes to eventually return to football at some point in her career. Kulikov has also been featured in multiple television, movie, and commercial productions including starring on ABC’s Supermarket Sweep game show, Wilson Sporting Goods’ Clash V2 campaign, Apple’s Apple Watch Series 7 campaign, and Warner Bros’ King Richard film. Additionally, she is an assistant coach for the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Women’s Tennis Team and has two National Championship titles (2022 & 2023).
