I am a resilient, hard-working Kinesiology student-athlete at Penn State Harrisburg. I participate in SAAC, am a manager for our ice hockey team, participate in our Sport Psychology Lab, am a member of Kinesiology Club, and am a sports information worker for PSH. I absolutely love lifting weights and paying close attention to my health and fitness. Holistic health and hard work is the way to go.
