Sabrina is 52-years-old Strength Training NESTA Certified Personal Trainer and to most, doesn't look a day over 40. Her lean, muscular frame can be attributed to decades of being an athlete and proper diet and training in a gym. She starting training about two years ago, and her new found confidence has encouraged her to achieve a new goal: competing in the NPC National Bodybuilding Contest she is nationally ranked as of 2017. Between working a full-time job, training clients part-time and balancing family I have made the time as an amateur athlete to get in shape and look young and vibrant. Winning 1st Place in March of 2017 at the NPC Gladiator Challenge in Baltimore in the GrandMaster Bikini competition convinced me I was on the right path. As a seasoned professional there are so many brands of food, supplements, clothing and services that I have used to build my brand as a bodybuilder to date. I am an excellent sales woman and proud to share brand details to my community as great products are hard to come by and my Fit Family of over 12,000 followers trusts me.
