I’m currently one of the most successful and versatile strength athletes in the UK, with elite-level results in three separate disciplines, a rarity in strength sport. Even more uniquely, I’m achieving this at 40, continuing to gain muscle, break records, and out-perform lifters half my age. I’ve become a symbol of longevity, resilience, and next-level strength, and my story is resonating more and more across the strength community.
