 I am an accomplished athlete and coach. As a powerlifter, I won accolades, including a third-place finish at the 2022 International Powerlifting Foundation Reykjavik International Games and in 2025 I won the 2025 North American Powerlifting Championship 76kg Equipped Championship. I am international road race runner completed three major New York road race and placed top 15 in my age category and finished 1st place in shot put. As a coach, I have made significant strides, leading Kean University’s cross country team to historic success. I built a program from scratch, with athletes achieving top-10 finishes and earning All-East-Coast Track and Field Championship and All-American Track Classic recognition. My coaching philosophy focuses on growth, resilience, and self-improvement, inspiring my athletes to reach their full potential.
