 Hi , my name is Lyric O’Steen but some might call me “L.A.O.” or even “21”. I am currently a 5th year senior becoming a graduate student at Thee Alabama State University. I was born in Detroit, ,Michigan where I became a back to back regional champion in the OSHAA conference also being the top women’s bowler in the OAA conference in 2020 leading the team to states. At Alabama State , I’ve made 3 SWAC Championship appearances , bringing home 2 championships from those appearances and a 2x NCAA tournament appearance . Also making All First Team in 2023 and being named Player of the Year in the SWAC in 2024. I hope to gain my degree in BIS with 2 minors in Computer Information Systems and Management in the Fall of 2025 and finish my masters at ASU in IT —summer 2025. I enjoy playing video games and listening to music in my free time.
