My name is Justin Allen, and I am an Elite Trainer and Owner of ALL-EN SPORTS PERFORMANCE in Houston, TX. I am the younger brother of Dwayne Allen - Super Bowl LIII Champ, and 2011 John Mackey Award recipient. I started training in 2018 after retiring from college ball due to injuries. I started training so that I can help others get and stay at the next level. When I started I was training young athletes for free in the park; my first client was CeeDee Lamb of the Cowboys. Today, I have been fortunate enough to train professional elite players such as: James Harden, Deandre Hopkins, Jaylen Waddle, Xavien Howard, as well as the top college and high school kids in the country. Growing up, my family was homeless, but I never let that steal my joy. I worked hard to go to college and then start my own business. Once I found out I could no longer play sports I went through a time of depression, but overcame that and now realize there is nothing I’d rather do. I really do help get to change others lives.
