Currently an Exercise Science teacher at Kipp Freedom Middle School (South Bronx, N.Y.), JR brings over 15 years of high school, college, & professional basketball experience as a player & coach into his coaching regimen. Former CEO of the Rocktown Monarchs AAU Basketball Program, JR has a new vision with the launch of Fitness Fabs Incorporated. In an unprecedented time of Covid-19, a common theme many people have begun to gravitate towards is a focus on mental & physical health & wellness. Since graduating from Rutgers University in 2009, he has taken his professional basketball talents to compete in over 12 countries worldwide (Japan, China, Lithuania, Czec Republic, Israel to name a few). “We are all bridge builders”, says coach JR. “My Legacy lives through all of the student athletes who I am fortunate to come across”.
