Currently an Exercise Science teacher at Kipp Freedom Middle School (South Bronx, N.Y.), JR brings over 15 years of high school, college, & professional basketball experience as a player & coach into his coaching regimen. Former CEO of the Rocktown Monarchs AAU Basketball Program, JR has a new vision with the launch of Fitness Fabs Incorporated. In an unprecedented time of Covid-19, a common theme many people have begun to gravitate towards is a focus on mental & physical health & wellness. Fitness Fabs Inc. brings fashion, & fitness all in one feel. As a true athlete, comfort is always a priority. In essence, if when you look good, you play good.
