I'm a former competitive gymnast turned marathon runner out of college. I've qualified for the Boston marathon 3x and on average have run 2 marathons every year since 2019. On average, finishing in the top 1-10% of races, and often winning my age group of early 30s. I reside in Phoenix, AZ, but travel for work and races across the U.S., and have strong connections to the running communities in OH and AZ. I am gluten and dairy free, as a result of Celiac's disease and being lactose intolerant, and an source of knowledge for food allergy runners.
