Self-Managed
I survived a Cancer diagnosis at the age of 16, had my Tensor Fascae Late (T-Band) removed during this time and was told I would not be able to participate in sports or anything terribly active again for the rest of my life. I used that as motivation to get strong, train and become a climber, mountaineer, caver, runner, cyclist and skier (Alpine and Nordic) I used my determination to run my first Ultra last October and am planning on running 3 more this summer, as well as running the Great Range Traverse in the Adirondacks and the Pemigwasset Traverse in New Hampshire this summer.
