 Driver of the No. 23 Chevrolet Silverado for GMS Racing in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series. 28 years old from Grimes, Iowa. In 2014, Moffitt made his NASCAR Sprint Cup Series debut at Dover International Speedway, and the following year he signed a multi-year contract with NASCAR Cup Series organization Michael Waltrip Racing. He went on to finish eighth in his first race of the 2015 season and became one of the youngest drivers to capture the NASCAR Cup Series Rookie of the Year Award. In 2018 Brett ended up in the Truck Series with Hattori Racing. Going into the season, Hattori Racing had run 42 races over four years without a win.
