Extremely unhappy with this company, as they were very unprofessional and did not send the product that the described to me (all for free labor mind you, as they said it was not “within their budget” to compensate me for my time and content, even though I know people they paid for their creative labor.) They sent me a curling iron product, and when I received the products I found them to be of cheap quality, not with adjustable heat controls as they claimed, and the diamond drops they sent only made my hair feel greasy. I was polite when I contacted them and expressed that I personally did not like the products, so I did not feel comfortable posting (free of charge) and advertising for their company. They responded by saying “we are sorry you don’t like it, everyone loves our products and diamond drops are our best sellers. Please return to X address.” I originally agreed to send back the product, but due to a GOLBAL pandemic, and financial and personal stressors going on in my life, it had slipped my mind. When they asked me if I had shipped yet, I informed them of what had happened, was extremely apologetic, and let them know I would be shipping out that week. The week I was finally able to send the product back, I reviewed the return policy clause in the agreement, and it stated that if the company sent a product that was not as described, they were responsible four the costs associated with returning, yet they still told me I was responsible for return costs. I brought this up to them, and to OpenSponsorship. OpenSponsorship was professional and responded to me saying they would reimburse me for the costs, so I am only working with them to get this matter resolved, yet the company did not respond, and instead gave me a terrible review and complained about me. Be careful who you chose to work with. I wouldn’t recommend their products or working with them to anyone, as they are extremely unprofessional.

Not happy with the experience at all, she agreed to collaborate and when receiving the items she then decided she did not like them. We have been waiting over 2 months for her to ship items back and still did not. Now she is requesting we pay for the return shipping. I would not recommend working with Jessica, and I am still waiting for her to return our products.
