love the in ear heart rate monitor but the left headphone doesn't stay in. its too big fr my ear. the right one fits just right. I love the app, the feedback is amazing. I am unsure how accurate it is, it says I am an average athlete when I am an elite athlete. not sure how it manages that part. other than that, good product. I use them often.

In the beginning, it was great working with Eli - he was extremely responsive and helpful. Then he disappeared before we could discuss Lexie's final post and we never heard from him. Also spoke to OpenSponsorship about the difficulty we were experiencing, but OS people were no help whatsoever. Instead, they continued to send email reminders and call about how the final post was overdue after I expressed the issues I was having connecting with ShockDoctor. I didn't want Lexie to post something ShockDoctor didn't want, but in the end I advised Lexie to move forward with a post just to complete the deal and cease the headache.
