Brand was very patient and understanding of my busy schedule within completing post to social media. Also, they sent me another package of supplements when the originally one got lost.

Chase did a great job for us and created a very engaging video when all we asked of was a picture - above and beyond!

I really do love these speakers and headphones, and will probably do another post with the headphones because of this!

The brand has been slow to respond to messages concerning refunding my money. I purchased the products myself from Amazon, left my reviews, and am now waiting to be reimbursed; however, the brand is slow to discuss aspects such as paying me back but was initially quick to respond to messages regarding my purchasing of their products. I'm still waiting for my money and to be sure that the brand fully refunds the amount I spent. If they take days to get in contact with or don't release the full amount I'll have to take this a step farther. I'm sure they'll fulfill their end. I just hope it doesn't take forever.

Alex did not follow the proposal requirements and requested more money to complete the remaining deliverable (post an IG Story with the athlete in the video and provide us the raw video file.) The initial IG post by Alex was good, but the follow-through and demands for more money to complete the remaining actions seemed inappropriate.
