As of July 1st, 2021, the NCAA implemented new Name Image Likeness (NIL) guidelines, allowing athletes to profit and endorse companies/products with their name, image, and/or likeness. This has been a breakthrough for us athletes, and is a huge reason on why I’m able to reach out inquiring about possible sponsorship/endorsement between your company and I. In regards to the potential of endorsing your company/product, here are a few numbers that will reference the possible reach that can be done for your company: Texas State University Student Population: 40,000 College Sports Fans: 182,000,000 (Forbes) College Baseball Fans: Over 30,000,000 (NCAA) amassed more than 30million views during the playoffs alone. College baseball is one of the fastest growing fan bases in sports with a 30% increase in viewership from 2020 to 2021 (ESPN). More than 85% of NCAA D-1 baseball games are broadcasted on television, creating more viewership and exposure.
