 Tremayne Stephens is a former professional athlete in the NFL (Chargers, Colts), keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and the CEO of Athletic Development Systems LLC in Gastonia NC. Born in Greer, SC, Tremayne has a diverse background with humble beginnings. His experiences of overcoming many obstacles to reach his dreams led to him becoming a 2-time All ACC performer at NC State University, Doak Walker Award Finalist (top running back in the country), permanent team Captain, a free agent draft pick in the 1998 NFL Draft (San Diego Chargers & Indianapolis Colts), and being inducted into his high school's Sports Hall of Fame.Through values of discipline, work ethic, faith, and service, Tremayne was able to successfully transition into entrepreneurship by building his personal brand while chasing his dreams as a professional athlete. His struggles as a youth with a severe speech impediment taught him the value of listening and not judging others for their faults. He was able to overcome his speech impediment with a work ethic that he applied both on and off the field.
