Sydney Poniewaz, better known online as Sydsnap, is an American YouTuber mainly known for her anime-related videos. She first began posting to her YouTube channel in February 2013. She ended up leaving YouTube in 2014, after meeting her now fiancé Gigguk. She ended up moving to England where she had a student visa, which then she decided to attend a university in London. Not long after her first year of attending university, she quit. Soon after, she and Gigguk moved to Thailand. While there, she tried to do a lot of different things including hospitality, teaching, modeling and a bunch of other things to fill her time. Then in 2017, she decided to come back to YouTube.
