About Scott Greenstone — Team Zoot triathlon athlete
Why you should sponsor me for your next influencer campaign?
I am an amateur athlete, 53 years old, Type 2 diabetic (controlled). I used to be a regular endurance athlete completing over 25 marathons, multiple triathlons including Ironman Lake Placid in 2010. As noted above, a few years ago I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and got it under control by running, losing over 40 pounds, However Covid lockdowns got the best of my weight again and I slowly got back to almost 210 pounds. Back in January I said enough is enough and started cycling every day. I have since lost 40 pounds AGAIN, and am out there regularly doing 20-30 miles of Mountain Biking every weekend and 50-90 miles of road biking every weekend. On September 10, 2022 I had a heart attack after finishing a trail half marathon in 13th place overall and now focused on recovery. I have been cleared to do a 70.3 in the fall of 2023. I Run, Bike or Swim every day of the week, plus strength training and stretching. Just did my first Trail Race after being cleared and finished in 2nd place overall.
