Millie is a student/ athlete based in Yorkshire. She spent four years in the USA on a track and field scholarship, earning all-American honours and multiple conference titles. She competes at a national senior level and prior to leaving for the USA competed for the GB U20 team. She is positive, loves running and living and healthy lifestyle and is even more passionate about supporting young girls and women in sport. She has always enjoyed finding a balance between a career/ academics/ athletics and loves a challenge. In her spare time, she is always searching for a new recipe to cook or is reading a good book! Since returning to the UK, she earned a place on the Leeds Talent Hub and is supported with facilities, nutrition, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning and sports psychology.
