Michael Crabtree is a wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals. He teams up with his former college head coach, Kliff Kingsbury, to bring their Texas Tech air raid to the professional level. Crabtree looks to bring the same enthusiasm, leadership, and love of the game to the Cardinals as one of the newest residents of the Grand Canyon State. Crabtree was selected 10th overall by the San Francisco 49ers in the 2009 NFL Draft. His 56.8 yards per game led all rookie receivers in the 2009-10 season. In 2012, Crabtree posted his first season with greater than 1,000 receiving yards, finishing with career highs in targets, receptions, yards and touchdowns. Crabtree’s best season paid off as his production of offense helped the 49ers reach the Super Bowl. Off the field, Michael works to create an environment for inner city youth that encourages and promotes personal and professional development through cultural activities, the arts, music, sports and academics with a vision of producing well rounded individuals through his Crab5 Foundation. In 2019, the Crab5 Foundation held its 8th annual free youth football camp at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas for over 1000 kids.
