When I speak to new athletes and women I coach, a lot of them feel excluded, I would say most of them actually, like they aren't real runners because they don't see representation out there! running shouldn't exclude people, all of the opposite, I think. We see companies only sponsor and work with elite/pro athletes and obviously makes sense for them but not all of us are elite or pro’s, we still love the sport and have a lot to give to it and I am into a MISSION to send the word out there that you support all level athletes, this means a lot of US, send a strong positive message for ALL opens a huge potential market of athletes who are not necessary pro's or elites, people just like me who thrive for improvement and will buy great products if they help with their journey!. It's a pleasure for me to inspire others to DO the work, to make them feel they belong, so they CAN do it too!
