GB Talent Athlete - SKELETON I was successfully Talent ID'd into the sport skeleton from over 1000 applicants in November 2014. My previous sport was athletics (long jump). Medalling at an Olympics has always been my dream, and with GB skeleton athletes having medalled at every Games since the sport has been included this dream could become my reality. In order to achieve this dream and commit to the sport I have left my career in high performance sport science. There is no track in the UK so in order to train we have to spend a significant amount of time aboard over winter. Never having reached my potential in long jump this is my last chance to reach for the stars. I am looking for financial assistance to cover living, training, travel and equipment costs. In return I am looking to share my journey with you, give back to your company through appearances and talks. I can also use my professional background to add something extra to how I can be of help to you.
