Hey I'm Kevin Bickner. I am an American ski jumper from the Chicago area. I am an Olympian, US national champion, and holder of the North American ski jumping distance record which currently stands at 244.5 meters. I have been competing in World Cup events since I was 18 and am getting ready to compete in my 2nd Olympic games this upcoming winter. I love the sport and I always strive to improve my ability, but its difficult to support myself and give 100% of my focus to skiing. Ski jumping receives very little funding from our governing body and so I have to rely on a full time job in addition to any sponsors to help fund my travel and training expenses. With your support I am excited to completely dedicate myself to being the best in the sport of Ski Jumping
