 I am a professional athlete from Ukraine. I create quality content in socials to motivate and inspire people, I think I that one who can share many interesting exercises, and especially how to do workout when you have a little baby. I was on the podium at Ukraine nationals a couple of time and in international competitions. All members of my family are in sport, so I used to do it since childhood, I like to move and be active. In fact, it is so hard for me to write about myself because I am very shy. Therefore, I will write what my husband says about me.
