Dwayne is an Offensive Lineman for the Boston College Eagles, where he has started at both right and left guard and has also played on the defensive line for the Eagles. He is a Finance Major and the co-founder of The Youth Business Academy, an organization who helps to find competitive and gainful employment for teenagers with disabilities that provide barriers to employment. Dwayne enjoys cooking, fashion, and family, and in his spare time he assists his teenage sister with running her all-natural body products business. Dwayne utilizes his platform to give back to youth with disabilities and help educators by providing awareness around working with youths with disabilities. He also speaks about his journey and struggles with ADHD at youth sporting events and elementary schools through Connecticut, Boston, and the DC Metropolitan area!
