Devon Starling is a proud HBCU student with a lock on the Ohio Valley Conference as the leading rusher (good for 16th nationally and the most for any freshman in the conference), finishing as the conference's Co-Freshman of the Year and First Team All-Conference among numerous other accolades, including All-American honors. A New Orleans native, Starling attended high school in Antioch, TN and was named the 2018 Tennessee Class 6A Mr. Football. He'll repeat as a redshirt freshman this season and enters the 2021-22 season on the Preseason All-Conference First Team.
