Hey! I'm 37 years old, original from Brazil, and living in the USA for the past 7 years. I have bachelor in Phycologist which is my background came from. I used to play soccer for 15 years and after stopped I see myself overweight. I couldn't recognize my face in the mirror for almost 10 years. One day I woke up and I told myself that I was ready to change my whole lifestyle. I was sick, drinking every single day and no motivation or self-love. Then I stared working out from home, and i change the wall that I was eating. I lost 40 pounds in 5 months. And I left in love with my process. I went to get a Personal Trainer Certification because i though that was time to go to the gym. I had some of ups and downs durant this almost 4 years. But something that I'm always saying to my clients and my friends is: Slow process still progress. Today I am a personal trainer, Crossfit OL1 Trainer and I love to be competing.
