 The reigning U.S. women’s indoor mile champion – as solidified with her big win at the U.S. Track & Field Indoor Championships in February 2019 – St. Louis native Colleen Quigley is a rising star on and off the track. A former Wilhelmina model who spent high school traveling the world and dreaming of a professional modeling career shifted gears after a nudge from her track coach and a visit to Florida State. Quigley earned nine NCAA All-America honors with the Seminoles and eventually landed a spot on the Team USA Track & Field team for the 3000-meter steeplechase where she later competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. Quigley is part of the elite Nike Bowerman Track Club and an early favorite for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. She qualified in July 2019 to represent Team USA yet again at the IAAF World Championships in Doha, Qatar in September and has qualified for the USATF Olympic Trials in June 2020.
