 Anthony Watson is a Skeleton athlete based in the United States, who is currently competing on the International Bobsled and Skeleton Federation (IBSF) circuit. He started competing internationally in 2016 for Jamaica, after beginning his training in the sport with the United States, and in 2018, he became Jamaica's first ever Olympian in the sport, when he competed at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, where he finished 29th. Anthony's goal is to continue progressing in the sport and pioneer a new path in it as he begins competing for Puerto Rico. Through participation in the IBSF World Championships and events and qualification to the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, he aims to show the world what he can do, and what a smaller nation can do as well, thus shaking the system from its current beliefs.
