Aki Kappeler is an International Field Hockey player, and a key member of the United States Men’s National team. Aki has played in 75 games for the US, scoring 35 goals in those appearances. Aki scored 15 goals in 2019, leading all other goal scorers for the United States. Aki is primarily based in Europe, currently living in The Hague (The Netherlands), where he plays in the Hoofdklasse (The highest league in Holland, and the highest league in the world.) for Klein Zwitzerland HC. Prior to his arrival at KZHC, Aki played 4 seasons at TSV Mannheim - who played in the Bundesliga (Germany’s highest league). Aki is known for being loyal, and reliable.
