arris has an extensive resume competing in MLB Develops programs, with multiple appearances at the Hank Aaron Invitational and Breakthrough Series. He also showed off his bat in front of the scouting industry with a big home run at Chase Field during Perfect Game’s National Showcase, a blast that measured 110 mph off the bat. While Harris will still only be 17 come Draft time, he looks like a man amongst the boys compared to many high schoolers. The 6-foot-4 right-handed hitter might have as much raw power as anyone in the class, especially among the prep set. He’s also shown he can get to it against good competition with impressive exit velocities. There are some swing-and-miss concerns with his pull-heavy approach, leading some to worry about him making enough contact to get to that power at the next level.
