Zane Gonzalez is an American football placekicker for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League, where he played a huge role in the Commanders' best season in several years, making it to the NFC Championship. He played college football at Arizona State University and was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft. Gonzalez held the NCAA Division I record for field goals made in a career. He was a unanimous All-American in 2016. He was awarded the Lou Groza Award in 2016.
