As a freshman in college Walyn was able to help the College of Central Florida to a 25-7 season. He was names Region VIII Player of the Year, First Team All-American, Mid Florida Conference Freshman of the Year, Mid Florida Conference Player of the Year, and will attending Dodge City College he was named Frist Team All Region and All Conference.
