Self-Managed
Todd Cowles is an avid cyclist, kayaker and runner, among other outdoor sports activities. He's raced for years with Dyna Racing in Seattle (mostly MTB and CX), plus competed in dozens of multi-sport events. Most recently, he got 1st place for the Masters/50+ division in the Big Hurt in Port Angeles. Outside of the "play", Todd has been an event organizer (Creator of the "Stinky Spoke") and is very involved with local cycling and multi-sport events. He's also a Board Member of the Seattle Sounders' RAVE Foundation, a very visible local organization centered around kids, sports and "accessibility to play". For the "day job", Todd is the founder and president of a search & recruiting firm.

Genisys Credit Union, headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, has done something most brands never do with athlete sponsorship: it kept renewing. What started as a single partnership with Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta has become a multi-year, two-athlete program that Genisys has renewed and expanded every season since 2024, adding Lions wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa in 2025 and renewing him again in 2026.
