Toby Tree is all set to play for the European Challenge Tour season at the start of 2019 after a year of injuries. He is tipped for golfing success and is expected to gain his European Tour card. Toby played the Open in 2007 achieving 57th in his first Major qualifying after finishing runner-up at Woburn alongside Ian Poulter. Toby has played regularly on the Sunshine Tour in South Africa and finished in a share of fourth place at the Eye of Africa PGA Championship in February 2018. He followed that up with fourth spot at the SSE Scottish Hydro Challenge presented by Macdonald Hotels and Resorts. In 2015 Toby was ranked 13th in the world at amateur and turned pro after winning the Welsh amateur championship. Currently ranked 76th on the Challenge Tour, Toby will make his mark in the 2019 season after gaining new confidence and focus. At 6'3" this larger than life character will not only promote brands with his golfing ability, he will capture an audience through his sparkling personality.
