I play lacrosse for the Buffalo Bandits in the National Lacrosse League winning the championship in 2023 and 2024 while being named the team captain. I won a gold medal for Team Canada World indood lacrosse in 2024, 2019, and 2015. I was recently named 2024 St. Catharines athlete of the year. I have a podcast called Dinner with the Captain.
