MMA I have been doing MMA - My MMA consists of Boxing, BJJ, Muay Thai, K1 and Wrestling for 2 years and i have had fights in which i am undefeated(17-0) in Boxing , I am highly dedicated as i do morning training witch consists off interval cardio and intense interval training as i know what i need to improve and i prefer to not use weights as i need to have good plyometrics and not very as heavy - I have recently moved gym to Rough diamond and i am waiting for a fight in Kick boxing as i feel i am ready Rugby I have been doing rugby for 3 years for Huntingdon Stags and i am in the Nothampton Saints DPP we have our ups and downs(season wise) and i am very diligent when i am performing i do agility training to help my MMA and rugby we have won the East midland cup 2 times in my years off playing , our biggest rivals are bedford blues
