Robert B. Foster is an award-winning international speaker, athlete, mental health advocate, and host of the hit podcast Shut Up and GRIND where he inspires guests to share their stories of trauma, survival and defying the odds to help them heal themselves while empowering others having similar struggles. Having overcome his fair share of past pain including being told he'd never run or jump again after a horrific knee injury during a track meet at the age of 34. Robert defied those odds and went on to not only compete in track and field again but has won the high jump gold medal for the last years. He also has won nine medals including 6 gold during the 2016/2018 US Transplant Games.
